You may reschedule or cancel any scheduled consultation session up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time without any penalty. If cancelled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, a nominal administrative rescheduling fee may apply.
Unopened herbal supplements and dietary products in their original intact packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Due to hygiene and health standards, opened or used bottles cannot be refunded.
For multi-month packages (such as our 3-Month Complete Transformation), unutilized full months can be refunded pro-rata upon review with our customer care desk.
